ARE YOU A HOMEOWNER LOOKING TO SELL YOUR HOME?
Be sure your house sells for what it's worth! Stage your home before you place it on the market.

Staging is the process of preparing your house for sale regardless of price, location and condition. Our Certified Staging Professionals follow a proven system of arranging furnishings, to create a positive impact on the buyers the minute they open the door. The ultimate goal of staging a home is to place it in it’s best showcase condition. Allowing it to sell for the best possible price in the shortest time possible.
Spending money wisely on your home will bring a return on your investment. Home staging is not redecorating or remodeling. In fact, in most homes personal items and some furniture may be removed to give a more spacious and less personalized atmosphere.
Some times repainting or wallpaper removal may be recommended, or other minor updates suggested. Any permanent changes made to the home such as new carpet are designed to update it and result in tastes that appeals to a broad range of people. These details are important and increase the chances that your home will sell quickly.
Your home reflects your tastes and style. Your furniture arrangement suits your family, and your home is filled with objects that have meaning to you. You should live in your home — in the way that makes you comfortable and happy. However, you are not selling your lifestyle or your belongings. When potential buyers see your home filled with your memories, they have a hard time imagining living there. A tour of your home filled with your family pictures and personal objects will make him feel as if he were invading your space. When what we really want is the buyer to picture himself living there. A less personalized space will showcase your house instead of your possessions.
There are many professionals involved in selling your home. From Real Estate agents to home inspectors. We have all observed each other and know something about the other jobs involved, but Realtors are experts at showing and selling just as inspectors and home loan officers are experts in their fields. Certified Staging Professionals specialize in making your house ready for the Realtor to show.
When you sell by owner, you are competing with the houses that have a Real Estate agent working for them. If your home is staged, you may have an edge on the other homes that are on the market. In addition, Three Rivers Home Staging can provide you with open house preparation, a Room Ready Handbook that lists suggestions room by room and digital photographs to help you sell your house.
I offer several staging packages and pricing varies with each. Please see the Services sections for more details. The services can be customized to fit your budget.
